We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. If you receive an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos as proof.
Once we review your request and it is approved, we will offer either:
• A replacement, or
• A refund to your original payment method
Please note:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind or dislike of the product.
• Items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.
